The Lenovo Edge "E530/E540" laptops computers are super fast and reasonably light weight. To feed them properly you should have at least 8GB of memory as recommended by THEGreenBox Inc.
Most of the systems come pre-installed with 4GB in a single slot. These systems have two replaceable slots, with the first one populated with 4GB, so you can put in one new 8GB DIMM for 12GB. Also see our other option of adding two new 8GB DIMM for a full supported 12GB.
