Installation is very easy! After payment receipt, you will receive an email with installation instructions. Simply supply your email address as id and SW will automatically load. Then setup first backup scenario to capture your "My Documents" and your set to go!
How much do you need to store? Online backups are for critical data only, not for a complete machine restoration, so a typical desktop has a small amount of data on it compared to the size of the disk.
Backup rates depend on the amount of data stored.

Why pay when there are "free" online backups being offered?
We don’t recommend those services to our commercial clients must know where there data really is, and our process has been validate/trusted by even the State Credit Union IT audit teams. If your desktops have any potential of having HIPAA, Graham-Riley, or PCI related data on it, our backup is qualified/tested. That’s why we moved to our own servers for backups and will ask if really want to trust NY/NJ (where most of them have their servers) for your data?
We also support our clients on getting their backups working 100% and in cases of emergency restores we have other services that they do not. Try getting an emergency disk or data brought on site that day/evening/weekend from the typical providers!
Personally we think it really depends on what you have to backup, and what type of machine. If it’s for home…and not precious pictures…then I’d say try the free ones. If it’s business related, then I wouldn’t trust my business to them. You are literally betting the future of your business!

We do not warrant the product in any way, and no implied service contract is supplied with this purchase. We will complimentary answer questions resolved in 5 minutes or less, limited to 2x per month per account across all products and services. All other calls technical in nature will be billed at your normal account remote support rates in minimum 15 minute increments.
For online backups, we will complimentary assist the initial installation if required, and provide free guidance on how to restore in an emergency. However no implied service contract is supplied with this purchase and assistance will be billed at normal rates.
